Mercure Daventry Court Hotel

Was very surprised by a Corporate Hotel. Couldn't fault them (and I tried) When something not right in room, they fixed it instantly. I've worked in the Industry for 25yrs so, I know what I'm talking about. The room was clean (just needed someone to share it ) with comfy bed, perfect night's sleep. Breakfast had such choice. You should be proud of Keri, she is excellent with Customers and it shows she enjoys her work. All your staff are highly trained and friendly too. Really enjoyed my Conference weekend a break I really needed to recharge. You did it. Thank you so much. Keep maintaining your high standards. Thank you.

A truly excellent stay at Mercure Daventry. The room was excellent, and the service throughout was exquisite. From check-in to the bar and breakfast, everyone was brilliant — friendly, professional, and very approachable at every stage. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. A real hidden gem. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a business stay, the hotel itself was lovely, would absolutely stay here again if in the area! Upon arrival you are greeted by a beautiful reception and bar area, our room was nice and clean. The conference/events team were brilliant too, infact all the staff we met over the 2 days were lovely!

First time away for Xmas and the whole experience was amazing. Really felt relaxed and appreciate all the staff giving up their time for us over Xmas. The entertainment was fantastic, enjoyed playing a free bingo every day. Just one thing in the whole time we were there was the comedian, but apart from that no faults at all. Every single member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Attended a christmas party event at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful.The food service was very quick , and the food was hot and tasty. The rooms were big and well equipped. Breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were really helpful. Overall a great time!

Top notch every time I get to stay here. Usually up once a month for work and the rooms are always fresh and tidy. Bathroom is a little dated but shower pressure is always good and I love you have the magnifying mirror! My old eyes appreciate that! Did 4 stars because the only thing letting the room down is the pillows. They aren't terrible but they are just a bit thin, not much support and a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise I absolutely love coming to stay once a month. Staff are lovely, food is delicious and they do room service if you are absolutely shattered. I look forward to my stay here again end of March

Stayed for 3 nights following an awful situation. Staff couldn't have been more friendly understanding or helpful to myself and my 2year old. Pool is lovely like getting into a bath and very quiet too. Unable to comment on the steam room or sauna as had my 2 year old with me but they looked clean. Changing rooms very clean. Room was a prestige room very spacious even with a travel cot in it. HUGE comfy bed bath and shower coffee maker and kettle available. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of selection and very helpful friendly staff. Reception staff couldn't do enough to help. Great stay thank you

We came for a christmas event on Saturday 20th Dec. If I could give more than 5* for service I really would. We definatly rwcieved 10* service. Massive thanks to the staff who were not only helpful & friendly but also made us all laugh! Thanks to the lady on reception when we arrived who was wearing the gold crown. She was fab & very funny. We had a great team of servers for the event, all smiley friendly & helpful. And a big thank you to the breakfast team Keri & Julia (Hula) who really topped off our stay by being truly wonderful & hilarious. The food at the event and breakfast was really good. The hotel and the rooms were great, good size & had everything needed. Bed was big and comfortable.
